  Food was hot this time, in the past it's cooled a bit. I forgot to order dips, then mentioned to guy, he said he had some, even after offering to pay. And gave me complimentary.

  Multiple items didn’t arrive- they then went back to collect them and forgot items AGAIN. the items that we did receive were incorrect (wrong cookies). store manager on phone didn’t care- just told us they were busy!!!

  I recently collected my order (Order no. 680507568) from Domino’s Wolverhampton – Penn and was concerned to observe staff being trained while handling meat and vegetarian toppings with the same bare hands, without washing hands in between. As a vegetarian customer, this raises serious concerns about cross-contamination and hygiene standards. When I raised this with the manager, I was told that staff are not allowed to use gloves and that cross contamination can happen. This was quite surprising and concerning, especially for customers with vegetarian, religious, or dietary requirements. I have already raised a formal complaint with Domino’s customer services and hope the company takes this matter seriously and ensures proper hygiene practices are followed.
